The objective:
Create awards to complement the existing F5 peer-to-peer recognition program, titled Have a Ball.
The strategy:
Knowing F5's distinct corporate and the importance that these awards need to be different from what is currently available in catalogues, we commissioned a local artist to create hand-blown glass spheres. Each sphere was created incorporating the 7 colors associated with F5's 7 corporate values. Gift cards created with the same spiral design including information on the artist, commission, and message from the CEO. To ensure ease of distribution for worldwide offices we designed custom made shipping boxes.
The result:
Instantly recognizable as F5, these unique awards inspire, motivate, create healthy competition, and most importantly, show the recipients their efforts are sincerely recognized.
